Alliance welcomes good news for Dundonald company

February 15, 2011 1:25 PM

East Belfast Alliance Representatives Chris Lyttle MLA and Cllr Judith Cochrane have welcomed news that Dundonald-based firm Sepha Ltd will supply blister-packing and leak-testing technology for a project aiming to produce a handheld device to test water for E.Coli.

Councillor for the area, Judith Cochrane, said: "This is very pleasing news and is particularly welcome given the difficult economic circumstances Northern Ireland is currently experiencing. This success demonstrates the high standard of work carried out at Sepha."

Chris Lyttle MLA, who hosted part of Sepha Ltd's international agents' conference at Stormont, said: "I'm glad that the strong international network of agents that Sepha has is paying dividends and it was my pleasure to host part of their recent international conference at Parliament Buildings.

"This has been a very positive day for the economy of East Belfast - we not only have this great news, but also have had the announcement of 37 new IT jobs at SQS in the Titanic Quarter."
