  • Originally from Spain, first came to Northern Ireland in 1992 to study Law and Politics at Queen's Universtity Belfast and improve her English. She fell in love with Northern Ireland and its people and now lives in Islandmagee with her husband.

  • Employed as Health and Safety Officer at a local firm, Technician Member of IOSH and possesses NEBOSH Diploma Part 1 in health and safety.

  • Has two Advanced Diplomas in both International and European Administrative Management.

  • Independent Member of Larne's District Policing Partnership.

  • Enthusiastic supporter of improving the local bus, rail and road infrastructure.

  • Previously a member of Translink's East Antrim Rail Users Group.

  • Founder member and current Secretary of the Larne Line Passenger Group, an passenger association set up to lobby for better rail services on the Larne Line.

  • Campaigner for environmental issues such as recycling, beach cleaning and renewable energy.

  • Seeks to enhance the environment and amenities of Larne Town.

  • Concerned about increasing rate burden (including water rates) and supporter of a fair rate system with maximum caps and discounts for the elderly, single occupants and those on lower incomes.

  • Wants to provide more and better sport and entertainment facilities for young people.

  • Plays the electric guitar in a local pop band, as well as having studied classical music in Spain.
