Lunn condemns Twinbrook school arson4.06.00pm BST (GMT +0100) Thu 10th Apr 2008
Lagan Valley Alliance MLA Trevor Lunn has hit out at those involved in an arson attack on a school in the Twinbrook area. The attack took place at St Colm's High School overnight. Trevor Lunn MLA said: "I cannot comprehend why anyone would do something like this. This is a deeply disturbing incident. "What sort of person sets out to burn down a school? Thoughtless destruction like this arson attack causes disruption to the whole community. People who get kicks from burning down community facilities need to be taken off our streets. "I would appeal to anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the vicinity of the school around the time of the attack to contact police." ENDS
