Neeson welcomes 200 job boost with creation of five new hotels10.07.35am BST (GMT +0100) Mon 9th Jul 2007
Alliance Economy Spokesperson Seán Neeson MLA has backed news that 200 jobs will be created locally at five new hotels within Andras House. The Group Chairperson is Lord Diljit Rana and work is due to start in the centre of Belfast on the first hotel in the next few weeks. The new hotels will create 500 new bedrooms in Northern Ireland. The East Antrim MLA stated: "This 200 jobs boost is great news and shows the strides taken in making Northern Ireland a burgeoning economy. "These new hotels will provide a very solid base for further tourism growth as well as directly creating more employment locally. "We have amazing tourism attractions and great scenery in Northern Ireland- this further growth in the hotel sector will help us fulfil our tourism potential. This growth within Andras House is testament to the hard work and high standards within the organisation." ENDS
