Neeson supports all-island energy consultation

Alliance East Antrim Assembly Member, Sean Neeson

Alliance Party Enterprise Spokesperson, Sean Neeson, has backed a consultation on the development of an all-island electricity market.

Sean Neeson said: "Its great news that a consultation is taking place on the development of an all-island energy market.

"I am pleased to see regulators from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland establishing such a process. This illustrates the progress made on this matter."

The East Antrim Assembly Member concluded: "The development of an all-island energy market will help deliver better value for money for local energy customers."
