Neeson welcomes extension of natural gas pipeline12.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Thu 20th Sep 2001 Alliance Party Leader Seàn Neeson welcomes the decision to extend the Natural Gas Pipeline to other areas of Northern Ireland. Mr Neeson says: "This was an issue that united all parties in the Assembly. I was proud to lead the first All-Party delegation from the Assembly in 1998 when we met the then Industry Minister Adam Ingram." "This development is one of the most important decisions taken by the Assembly Executive and is a very good indication of what can be achieved in good cross-border relations". ENDS.
