Duncan welcomes new timetables for bus users12.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Wed 6th Oct 2004 ALLIANCE Councillor Sara Duncan (Castlereagh West) has welcomed the decision by Translink to provide timetables at Ulsterbus stops on the Saintfield Road. Previously, only Citybus times were displayed, although, because part of the route falls outside the city limits, an Ulsterbus service was also available on the road. Cllr Duncan said: "I am pleased that Ulsterbus times from Carryduff are now going to be displayed at bus shelters on the Saintfield Road as well as Citybus times. "There is no point in running a service if the public has no way of knowing when the buses are going to stop. If we are serious about promoting public transport, then the proper information should be available, and I welcome the fact that Translink have responded positively to my request."
